JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan has ceased to own KUSA Halyk LLP since July 30, 2025. This is stated in the message of KASE.

KUSA Halyk LLP was reorganized by joining Halyk Asset LLP. Halyk Asset is the legal successor of KUSA Halyk's assets and liabilities and will continue to improve the quality of assets, including those acquired during the reorganization, Forbes reports.

The People's Bank of Kazakhstan (Halyk Bank) is the largest bank in Kazakhstan. In addition, the bank operates in Georgia and Uzbekistan. The shareholder structure of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (on a consolidated basis) as of April 1, 2025: ALMEX Holding Group JSC — 69.8%, GDR holders — 28.1%, others — 2.1%.

The Bank has been listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange since 1998, on the London Stock Exchange since 2006 and on the Astana International Stock Exchange since 2019.
