The construction of the Axiom residential complex, consisting of two 19-storey comfort class buildings, has been completed in Krasnodar. The total area of the project exceeds 63.8 thousand square meters. m. Financing for the completion of the facility was provided by DOM. RF Bank. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The project was implemented by Yug-Engineering, which previously completed residential complexes in Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk. The developer received the land and unfinished buildings by the decision of the arbitration court in 2022, when the buildings were only 17% and 7% ready. One of the houses was then raised to the sixth floor, the second was at the foundation stage.
Currently, the complex has children's and sports grounds, recreation areas, bike parking, and the courtyard is closed to cars. There are two kindergartens, a school and green areas for walking within walking distance.
The history of the Aksioma residential complex is indicative: the project began as a problematic unfinished building, however, thanks to a reliable developer and the support of DOM Bank. The Russian Federation houses have been completed and put into operation.
