The project company for the construction of a bulk cargo terminal in the Murmansk seaport has come under state control. MT Tuloma LLC (Tuloma Marine Terminal) became 99.99% owned by the nationalized MMTP JSC (Murmansk Commercial Sea Port). Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the information system for HONEST BUSINESS.

The Murmansk commercial seaport was transferred to state ownership in 2023 by the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Murmansk Region on the claim of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The company is under the management of Port Alliance JSC, established in March 2024. The Port Alliance became the management company in July 2024, replacing the structure of SUEK — JSC NTK (National Transport Company).

In addition to the Murmansk Commercial Sea Port, there are four companies under the management of Port Alliance JSC — Murmansk Bulk Terminal, Small Port stevedoring company (Nakhodka), Tuapse Bulk Terminal and Daltransugol (Vanino).

The final owners of Port Alliance JSC are not disclosed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, however, it is registered at the same address as a number of companies belonging to SUEK and EuroChem holding.

The Tuloma Marine Terminal is implementing a project for the construction of a bulk cargo terminal in the Murmansk seaport and its further operation. The company is registered in the territory of advanced socio-economic development "Capital of the Arctic" (Murmansk region). The volume of investments is estimated at 19 billion rubles.
