The Russian auction House has put up for auction a property complex on Russky Island (Vladivostok). The lot includes a land plot with an area of 2 hectares and an object of unfinished construction with an area of 4886 sq. m. This was announced by the RAD.
The lot makes it possible to implement a tourist, cultural, scientific research, educational project. The sale is carried out within the framework of the Primorsky Territory property privatization program.
The object of unfinished construction consists of two hemispherical domes, originally intended to create an Innovative Cultural Center on this site. The degree of readiness of the building is 40%.
