The real effective exchange rate of the ruble in October 2025 increased by 2.6% compared to the previous month. The real exchange rate against the dollar increased by 2.7%, against the euro – by 3.7%. This is evidenced by the statistics of the Bank of Russia.
In January-October of this year, the real effective ruble exchange rate increased by 24.2%. The real exchange rate against the dollar increased by 28.5%, against the euro – by 17.4%.
