First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov instructed the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to consider the possibility of postponing by a month the deadline for introducing new rules for calculating scrap for foreign cars. This was stated by D. Manturov in the State Duma, according to the website of the lower house of parliament.
"I am sure that we will find the best option," said the first Deputy Prime Minister, adding that "we, of course, will not create difficulties for the population."
Earlier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade prepared a draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, according to which the base rate of recycling will be set according to the type and volume of the engine. The formation of the coefficient on a progressive scale will be influenced by the engine power.
