Shipments from the USA can now be received by Russian Post. This is stated in the message of JSC "Russian Post".
At the end of May, the operators of the two countries restored postal imports to the Russian Federation, suspended in 2022.
The first batch of shipments has already arrived in Russia. Delivery is carried out by transit flights through third countries based on existing logistics solutions.
Previously, postal imports from the United States amounted to more than 50 tons per month. These are mainly e—commerce products - clothing, shoes, electronics, dietary supplements.
The United States also ranked first in terms of export shipments in 2024-2025, the report says. In 2025, the country accounted for a fifth of all exports. At the end of 2025, Russian Post resumed accepting shipments to the United States in the categories of "Gift", "Documents" and "Commercial sample", previously suspended due to the abolition of duty-free regime.
