The Operational Headquarters for the Prevention of the importation and spread of a new coronavirus infection on the territory of Russia from July 15, 2022 cancels restrictions on border crossing imposed in connection with COVID-19. This is reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Earlier, the operational headquarters lifted restrictions on entry into Russia of foreign citizens through air and sea checkpoints from June 14, but a number of restrictions on entry by land modes of transport continued to operate.

In addition, the operational headquarters decided to cancel the requirement to provide the results of PCR testing for COVID-19 for citizens of the Republic of Belarus upon arrival by air to Russia. For other citizens, the requirements for providing the results of PCR testing remain.
