The Russian government will allocate funds for partial mobilization. This instruction was given by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Cabinet of Ministers reports.
The Head of State also instructed the government to take the necessary measures to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies during the period of partial mobilization.
In addition, the Government, in accordance with the decree of the President of Russia, will soon determine the categories of citizens who are granted the right to a postponement.
