The Savings Bank reduces the rates under the Family Mortgage program for the loan amount over the established limit by 0.9%. For Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions, the rate is reduced to 16.3% from 17.2%, for other regions — to 16.2% from 17.1%. This was stated by Alexey Leipi, director of Sberbank's Domclick department, the bank said in a statement.
Sberbank's clients can get a "Family mortgage" at a weighted average rate of up to 30 million rubles in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions. Up to 15 million rubles in other regions. The basic limits for a "Family mortgage" are 12 million rubles and 6 million rubles, respectively. The amount up to the limit is processed by the bank at a preferential rate of 6%, and over the limit — at the market rate.
The new conditions apply to primary and secondary housing, as well as to the residential housing segment.
