The second stage of the Zavidovo resort will open in November with the support of VEB. RF. The total budget of the second stage of the development of the Zavidovo tourism cluster is 41.8 billion rubles. Of these, 29.3 billion rubles were provided by VEB. RF. The launch of new facilities will create 900 jobs. According to VEB, the chairman of VEB told about this during a visit to the Tver region. Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov.
Two four-star hotels "Erbelia" and "Ryabina", with restaurants, conference centers and a SPA, are designed for 300 and 390 rooms, respectively. The apart-hotel "Brevis" has 440 more rooms. With the full commissioning of the facilities of the second stage, the total number of rooms at the resort will exceed 1.6 thousand rooms.
Also, as part of the second stage of the resort, the Zavidovo Park Recreation Center, implemented as part of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality", houses one of Russia's largest indoor water parks with a SPA; a congress hall, entertainment facilities for families with children, shops and restaurants. The total area of the recreation center of 55 thousand square meters will be able to accommodate almost 9 thousand people per day. During the winter season, a ski slope will be open for guests of the resort.
The new hotels have been accepting their first guests in a test mode since the summer of this year.
