The State Duma adopted in the second reading the draft federal budget for 2026-2028. This is reported on the website of the lower house of parliament.
The main budget parameters are preserved for the second reading.
According to the draft, in 2026, federal budget revenues should amount to 40.28 trillion rubles, expenditures – 44.07 trillion rubles, and the deficit – 3.79 trillion rubles. In 2027, revenues are projected at 42.91 trillion rubles, expenses at 46.1 trillion rubles, and a deficit of 3.19 trillion rubles. In 2028, revenues are planned at 45.87 trillion rubles, expenditures at 49.38 trillion rubles, and the deficit at 3.51 trillion rubles.
