Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation strengthen the responsibility for officials of the executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of tariffs for failure to comply with the relevant regulations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. There is no alternative punishment in the form of disqualification.
