The state is still selling shares of the Sakhalin Energy Company. At auction — 11.66% of the criminal Code.
According to the GIS Bidding portal, the RTS tender will hold an auction on January 23, 2025, applications are accepted until January 13.
The initial price of the package is 1.5 billion rubles, the auction step is 75 million rubles.
Sakhalin Energy Company was established in 2009 to implement investment projects in the field of energy within the framework of state programs of the Russian Federation and the Sakhalin region. The main type of economic activity of the SEC is the leasing of its own property. In January–June 2024, revenue amounted to 282.798 million rubles, net profit — 63.72 million rubles.
