The AK&M rating agency has prepared the fourth rating of charitable foundations supported by large corporations.
The project partner is SIBUR.
For the fourth year now, Tatneft's corporate fund has been the undisputed leader of the rating. In 2024, he spent 8.2 billion rubles on targeted measures. The Foundation was established in 2018 by consolidating the activities of the four foundations that existed at that time - "Gifted Children", "Ruhiyat", "Mercy" and "Tazalyk". The activity is financed exclusively by the funds of PJSC Tatneft.
RUSAL's corporate foundation, the Center for Social Programs, took the second place this year. In 2024, he significantly expanded his charitable activities, spending almost 5 billion rubles on targeted programs. The foundation allocates the main funding to the program "Sustainable development of territories of responsibility" (2023).
The Russneft–Safmar fund dropped to the third place. A year earlier, he was ranked second. The target cost in 2024 was 4.57 billion rubles.
Among the ten largest funds, the largest growth in 2024 was shown by the RUSAL Center for Social Programs, Dobrota Severa (supported by Severstal Group) and the Andrey Melnichenko Foundation (SUEK and Eurochem). In these funds, expenditures on targeted activities increased by more than 1.3 billion rubles.
The rating evaluates the size of charity and other targeted fund activities for 2024. The rating of charitable foundations has been published by the AK&M Rating Agency since 2022. It includes funds not only established by major corporations, but also founded by individuals and actively cooperating with large companies, receiving support from them and participating in joint projects. At the same time, only those funds that companies mention in their ESG reports, disclosing information about their social projects, are evaluated. 152 funds were included in the final list.
