The total volume of bond trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange, including placement and secondary circulation, increased to 2.7 trillion rubles in August 2025, excluding one-day bonds, from 1.7 trillion rubles in August 2024. This is reported on the exchange's website.

In the primary market, the volume of placement and repurchase of bonds amounted to 1.5 trillion rubles, including the volume of placement of one-day bonds.

In August, 99 new issues of corporate bonds of 47 issuers worth 867 billion rubles were placed on the stock exchange. The volume of placement and repurchase of corporate bonds amounted to 906.1 billion rubles.

The volume of secondary bond trading on the stock exchange has reached 1.5 trillion rubles. The volume of physical transactions is 522.9 billion rubles. Their share in the total volume of bond trading was 33.5%.
