In January-August 2025, Russia exported more than 21 thousand tons of cheeses and cottage cheese worth $110 million. The volume of supplies in physical terms remained at the same level year-on-year, while in monetary terms it increased by 17%. This was reported by Agroexport.
In recent years, Russia has been increasing the volume of cheese and cottage cheese exports to foreign markets. The exceptions were 2022 and 2023, when exports decreased in weight compared to the previous year, Agroexport stressed.
