In the Russian Federation, in January-October 2022, consumer loans were issued for 2.19 trillion rubles. This is 40.7% less than a year earlier, the NBKI said in a statement.
The largest volume of consumer loans issued was registered in Moscow – 263.6 billion rubles, the Moscow Region (156.5 billion rubles), St. Petersburg (107.3 billion rubles), the Sverdlovsk Region (77.5 billion rubles) and the Krasnodar Territory (70.7 billion rubles).
The Stavropol Territory (45.1%), Irkutsk Region (44.7%), Perm Region (44.3%), Tula Region (44%) and Krasnoyarsk Territory (43.4%) showed the most serious dynamics of the decline among the 30 leading regions in this type of retail lending.
