The volume of industrial production in Russia for the first two months of 2023 decreased by 2% year-on-year. In February 2023, the volume of industrial production decreased by 1.7% compared to the same period last year, compared to the previous month – by 2.1%. This was reported by Rosstat.
In February 2023, compared to February 2022, mining decreased by 3.2%, manufacturing - by 1.2%, industries related to water supply and sanitation, waste disposal and pollution elimination - by 9.4%. The energy sector grew by 2.7%.
