The volume of investments of individuals in securities on the stock market of the Moscow Stock Exchange in March 2026 amounted to 269.5 billion rubles, which is 4.9% higher than in the previous month. This is reported on the exchange's website.
Individuals' investments in stocks increased by 62.7% to 23.1 billion rubles in March, and in bonds by 18.9% to 226.8 billion rubles. Investments in mutual funds amounted to 19.6 billion rubles.
The share of private investors in the volume of stock trading in March reached 67.2%, in the volume of bond trading – 10.2%, in the futures market – 51%.
The most popular securities in the portfolios of private investors in March 2026 were ordinary and preferred shares of Sberbank (28.1% and 6.8%, respectively), shares of Gazprom (13.2%), LUKOIL (12.4%), VTB (10.1%), T-Technologies (6.8%), Rosneft (6.1%), Yandex (5.8%), X5 (5.4%), Novatek (5.4%).e
