The volume of GDP of the Russian Federation in the second quarter of 2022, according to preliminary estimates, decreased by 4% year-on-year. This is evidenced by the data of Rosstat.
The calculation used indicators of industry statistics, some of which affected the decrease in physical volume: wholesale trade (-15.3%); retail trade (-9.8%); water supply, sanitation, waste collection and disposal, pollution control activities (-8.9%); passenger turnover (-5.3%); manufacturing (-3.3%); cargo turnover (-2.9%), Rosstat reports.
