The volume of tax revenues to the budget system in the first half of 2024 increased by 31% to 26.9 trillion rubles. Tax revenues to the consolidated budget increased by 28.4%. This was stated by the head of the Federal Tax Service Daniil Egorov during a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to a transcript posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"Oil and gas revenues look very good, which, of course, affect revenues to the federal budget. There is an increase of 43.4% – plus 3.7. At the same time, if we talk about consolidated budgets, there is an increase of 11.7%," D. Egorov stressed.

The head of the Federal Tax Service noted a serious increase in income tax – by 34%.

"If we talk about salary growth, this is approximately, according to Rosstat, 19%. But dividend payments have also grown very seriously. At the same time, we observe data in retail, since we are the operators of cash registers in the country, and we can say that our growth is 23%. Even if we remove inflation, it's still a 14% increase. This affects, among other things, the value added tax: there is exactly the same growth – 23%," D. Egorov said.
