The volume of the National Welfare Fund as of February 1, 2023 amounted to 10.808 trillion rubles ($155.3 billion) or 7.2% of GDP projected for 2023. This is reported by the Ministry of Finance.
The volume of the NWF as of January 1, 2023 was 10.435 trillion rubles ($148.35 billion). Thus, the fund grew by 373 billion rubles in a month.
On separate accounts for the accounting of funds of the NWF in the Bank of Russia placed: 10.466 billion euros; 307.446 billion Chinese yuan; 551277.5 kg of gold in impersonal form; 530.1 million rubles.
