Tinkoff continues to hire new employees. Vyacheslav Tsyganov stated this at the 26th Russian Internet Forum, according to the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
"We continue to hire new employees. The media wrote that thousands of developers from Tinkoff, Avito and other companies left for Turkey. In fact, these numbers are orders of magnitude lower. Many of those who left, left emotionally and are returning. At the same time, we did not stop hiring. We hired 300 people a month," said V. Tsyganov.
Tinkoff Bank (formerly Himmashbank) was acquired by O. Tinkov in 2006. The Bank is one of the major Russian banks. The bank's main activity is consumer lending to individuals, mainly through credit cards, as well as providing a wide range of financial services based on its own online platform.
