In the fourth quarter of 2025, Tochka Bank and MPSTATS conducted a number of pilots in which they tested hypotheses for collaboration.
To start working with MPSTATS, it is not necessary to have an account with Tochka Bank — the service is also available to customers of other banks, the message emphasizes.
As a result of the transaction, MPSTATS enters the perimeter of Tochka JSC, but at the same time remains an independent brand, maintaining its infrastructure, team and founder. By joining forces, the companies will develop new services for sellers, including those based on AI.
The deal with MPSTATS became the third in a row for Tochka JSC, which expands the range of offers for the seller's segments. So, in 2024, the 24AI service, a neural network for generating product images, entered the company's perimeter. A year earlier, Tochka Bank bought an e-commerce startup, EcomCom.
MPSTATS is a competitor analytics and sales management system for Russian marketplaces. The service works with sites such as Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market. He is a member of the Skolkovo IT cluster.
The owner of the Mpstats trademark is MPSTATS LLC.
Until May 13, 2025, the LLC was 70% owned by Dmitry Cherobaev, 30% by Ekaterina Makarycheva. In January 2025, they paid dividends to D.Cherobaev — 245 million rubles, E.Makarycheva — 105 million rubles.
Since May 13, 2025, Dmitry Cherobaev has remained the sole owner. At the same time, ownership became not directly, but through MPSTATS TECH JSC, which was established as a holding company on December 27, 2024.
D.Cherobaev is also the owner and head of Heavy Booster LLC, established in 2021 with the main activity "Retail by mail or via the information and communication network Internet". The business of the organization is related to sales on Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market marketplaces.
In addition, in 2023, D.Cherobaev signed the contract for the purchase of the MarketPapa service.
In 2024, the assets of MPSTATS LLC increased by 61% and amounted to 914.8 million rubles, revenue — by 14% to 1.7 billion rubles, net profit — by 11% to 741 million rubles.
The number of employees in 2024 was 342, in 2023 — 253, in 2022 — 82, in 2021 — 8.
The Mpstats Tech JSC group of companies includes Mpstats Consulting LLC (revenue for 2024 amounted to 213 million rubles) and Mpstats Promotion LLC (established on January 28, 2025).
JSC Tochka positions itself as a bank specializing in creating an ecosystem of services for legal entities, focused on remote servicing of small and medium-sized businesses.
As of the beginning of 2024, MK owned 65% of Catalytic People LLC and 25% of VK Company LLC. Recently it became known that the T-Technologies Group plans to consolidate up to 100% of the shares of Tochka Bank.
