PJSC "TOAZ" has completed a deal to purchase a full block of shares of JSC "Tolyattikhimbank". This is reported by the press service of Togliatti.
It is planned that the activities of the credit institution will be carried out in accordance with the concept based on the transformation into a settlement bank of the chemical industry, said the chairman of the Board of Directors of TOAZ Dimitri Tatyanin, quoted in the message.
Tolyattikhimbank is one of the largest banks in the Samara region, focused mainly on lending and servicing regional industrial enterprises, as well as their employees.
PJSC "Tolyattiazot" (TOAZ) is one of three enterprises in the world, whose capacities allow to produce more than 3 million tons of ammonia per year. TOAZ is also one of the largest producers of urea in the country, produces urea-formaldehyde concentrate and other chemical products.
