Two more production and warehouse complexes have been built in the Kabanovo Industrial Park of the Orekhovo-Zuyevo urban district near Moscow. According to Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, the implementation of the project will create new jobs for residents of the region, the regional ministry said in a statement.
The Deputy Chairman also noted that at the moment the Kabanovo Industrial Park is 95% full. The total area of the park is 31.6 hectares.
The management company of the industrial park also plans to build another stage of the production and warehouse complex, the area of which will be about 1.5 thousand sq.m. The volume of investments in the implementation of the fifth stage project is 50 million rubles.
