Unicredit Bank claims the assets of Fashion House in Russia. According to the newspaper Vedomosti, Unicredit Bank has filed three lawsuits against Fashion House structures in Russia. The defendants are the Moscow branch of Cyprus-based FH Holding Moscow Limited and the Russian Fashion House SPb, which are part of the Fashion House group of the Belgian investment company Liebrecht&Wood Group (L&W Group). The company has been operating the Sheremetyevo outlet located on Leningradskoye Highway since 2013. The bank demands to collect the collateral items from the offshore company.
The bank has filed two more lawsuits against Fashion House SPb, which has been operating the Tallinskoye outlet near St. Petersburg since 2019. In the first case, the plaintiff asks the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region to recover the mortgaged property for 1.8 billion rubles, in the second case, he demands the repayment of loan funds in the amount of 1.12 billion rubles through the Moscow Arbitration Court.
