PJSC Unipro does not plan to pay dividends on ordinary shares based on the results of 2025. This is stated in the company's message.
The Board of Directors made such a recommendation to the shareholders.
It should be recalled that the shareholders of PJSC Unipro decided not to pay dividends on ordinary shares based on the results of 2024 and to direct the accumulated retained earnings to investments and development.
In addition, at the annual meeting, Unipro shareholders decided not to pay dividends on ordinary shares based on the results of 2023, and it was decided to leave the undistributed net profit based on the results of 2023 at the disposal of Unipro.
It was decided not to pay dividends for 2022.
PJSC "Unipro" (until June 22, 2016 — JSC "E.HE is Russia") was registered on March 4, 2005 in Surgut. The main activity is the production and sale of electric energy and power.
PJSC Unipro includes five thermal power plants with a total capacity of 11320.243 MW: Surgutskaya GRES-2 (5722 MW), Berezovskaya GRES (2420 MW), Shatura GRES (1500 MW), Smolenskaya GRES (630 MW), and Yayvinskaya GRES (1048 MW). According to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 302 dated April 25, 2023, 83.73% of the shares of PJSC Unipro owned by the Uniper SE concern were transferred to the temporary management of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo).
On August 26, 2025, the AK&M rating agency confirmed Unipro's highest rating for non-financial reporting.

Unipro's net profit under IFRS for 2025 increased by 23.4% to 39.38 billion rubles from 31.93 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 4.7% to 134.3 billion rubles from 128.25 billion rubles.
