Viktor Vekselberg and Len Blavatnik now own a stake in RUSAL through SUAL Partners Limited. According to the company's published IFRS statements, the 4% stake was transferred from Zonoville Investments Limited to SUAL Partners Limited, increasing the latter's share to 25.52%. "According to the information disclosed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange," the report says, "Zonoville Investments Limited and SUAL Partners Limited are associated companies. The main ultimate beneficiaries of SUAL Partners are Mr. Viktor Vekselberg and Mr. Len Blavatnik."
Zonoville Investments Limited acquired a stake in the company in 2018. In a message distributed in February 2018, the company announced that it had reached an agreement with Onexim Group to purchase its 6% stake in the Combined RUSAL Plc Company. It was assumed that after the completion of the transaction Zooville Investments Limited and its subsidiary SUAL Partners Limited would own a combined approximately 26.5% of the shares of the Combined RUSAL Plc Company.
