The mass vaccination of the Russians against COVID will begin next week, as stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Government members the transcript of which is published on the Kremlin website.
"I therefore ask you to start mass vaccination of the population at large next week and to develop an appropriate immunization schedule in the way we handle other diseases such as influenza. Our system is well-developed and generally efficient, so we need to move on to a greater scale of these efforts," the Russian leader said.
