VK Company LLC increased its stake in VK ART LAB LLC (formerly Nota RTK LLC) to 100% from 75%. The share was purchased from Nota Media LLC. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
Sergey Adonin's Nota Media joined the capital of VK ART LAB in June 2023, taking over 74% owned by S.
