VK has increased its participation in the Tetrica Online School project.
Tetrica Online School is a brand operated by <url> LLC. VK Company LLC bought out PREPREP LLC from the founders.RU" additional 5%. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
After the deal, VK controlled only 96.6% of PREPREP.<url>", of which MKOOO "VK Educational Technologies" owns 22.9%, LLC "VK Company" - 29.6% and LLC "AGI.<url>", the remaining shares are distributed among the individuals who are the co–founders of the company.
VK joined the project's capital in September 2023. Since then, the revenue of the company "PREPREP.RU" has almost doubled and in 2025 amounted to 1.9 billion rubles. However, revenue growth did not affect the final negative financial result, on the contrary, the loss doubled in two years and amounted to 654 million rubles in 2025. It does not help to improve the financial result that the company, being a resident of Solkovo, has a number of tax benefits.
