Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an order authorizing 683 Capital Partners to acquire securities of Russian joint-stock companies owned by Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo&Co. LLC, Jane Street Global Trading, LLC, Jane Street Europe limited, Carrhae Capital long Master Fund Ltd, Carrhae Capital Master Fund Ltd, Templeton Asset Management LTD, Franklin Advisors INC., Highmark Limited, Harding Loevner LP.
The order also authorized transactions with LLC "Specialized Financial Company "Cephei-2", LLC "Modern Real Estate Funds", which operates the combined ZPIF "Modern Ruble", transactions with securities owned by 683 Capital Partners, LP, including those acquired in accordance with the above list.
Transactions do not require additional permits.
