Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of 6,288 thousand shares of PJSC Astrakhan Port to Rostec. The relevant decree of the head of state has been published on the portal of legal acts.
"To accept the proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation on the transfer of the State Corporation for the Promotion of the Development, Production and Export of High-tech Industrial Products Rostec as a property contribution of the Russian Federation of 6288 federally owned ordinary registered shares of public Joint Stock Company Astrakhan Port," the decree says.
The Government of the Russian Federation must complete the necessary measures for the transfer of shares within 10 months.
Rostec was established in 2007 to assist in the development, production and export of high-tech industrial products for civil and military purposes. Among the key activities of the corporation are aircraft engineering, mechanical engineering, radio electronics, and medical technologies. Rostec has more than 800 scientific and industrial organizations in 60 regions of the country.
