Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed amendments to legislation providing for the creation of a multifunctional information exchange service, a special Russian application that should combine the capabilities of a messenger and the functions of government services. The law is posted on the legal information portal.
The service will allow you to verify your identity using a digital ID, for example, when checking into a hotel, when making purchases that require proof of age, and if you are eligible for benefits.
In addition, the platform will host educational services and chat rooms currently used by educational institutions at all levels.
By connecting the service to the Gosklyuch system, individuals will be able to use an enhanced digital signature to sign documents.
