Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the federal budget for 2025 and for the planning period 2026-2027. The relevant document is posted on the legal information portal.
According to the law, federal budget revenues should amount to 40.296 trillion rubles in 2025, 41.841 trillion rubles in 2026, and 43.154 trillion rubles in 2027. Expenses in 2025 are projected at 41.47 trillion rubles, in 2026 – 44.022 trillion rubles, in 2027 – 45.916 trillion rubles.
The federal budget deficit in 2025 may amount to 1.173 trillion rubles, in 2026 – 2.181 trillion rubles, in 2027 – 2.761 trillion rubles.
The volume of the NWF at the beginning of 2025 is projected at 11.055 trillion rubles. 2026 – 12.884 trillion rubles., 2027 – 14.927 trillion rubles.
