The shares of CJSC Akzo Nobel Decor, shares in LLC Akzo Nobel Coatings, LLC Akzo Nobel Paintwork were transferred to the temporary management of the Construction Assets Development company.
Akzo Nobel NV (the Netherlands) produces paint and varnish products and coatings. The company's brands include Dulux, Sadolin, Marshall, Pinotex, and Sikkens.
