VTB continues financing housing construction in Crimea

VTB opened a credit line to the specialized developer "Morskaya Rosa" (GC "Monolit") in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles. The funds will be used for the construction of the Rosemary residential complex in the northern part of Simferopol. This is stated in the message of the bank.

Rosemarin residential complex will become a part of the project of integrated development of the territory of the Crimean Rose Family of urban neighborhoods. The new residential complex with a total area of 29 thousand square meters. m. will consist of 9 sections of variable storeys with a closed landscaped courtyard and underground Parking. The construction is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2029.

From 2021 to 2025, Monolit Group commissioned 15 residential complexes with a total living area of more than 184 thousand square meters on the territory of the Crimean Rose quarter.
