VTB has changed the down payment under the "Mortgage for Families with Children" program fr om 20% to 15%. The program offers such families loans at a rate of 5% p.a., the bank informed.
The downpayment was also reduced for the "Far Eastern Mortgage" program wh ere the interest rate was lowered to 1% last week.
To date, the bank has conducted more than 24,000 deals worth RUB 67 billion under the "Mortgage for Families with Children" program. Besides, 1,500 VTB customers have purchased real estate for a total amount of RUB 5.8 billion under the Far Eastern Mortgage program since it was launched.
