VTB Leasing has completed the transfer of 1,946 tank cars for light petroleum products to Ural Logistics Group, according to a statement by the press service of VTB.
The operator is increasing its fleet in order to fulfill new orders from major Russian backbone cargo owners. The amount of financing reaches RUB 2.6 billion.
