VTB will provide financing to the Construction Alliance holding for the creation of Industrial City industrial parks in the Leninsky and Dmitrovsky urban districts of the Moscow Region. The agreement was signed by Ruslan Yeremenko, a member of the VTB Management Board, and Alfiya Petrukhina, Head of the Construction Alliance Holding, Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Ivolga, as part of the SPIEF 2025 forum. This is stated in the message of the bank.

Industrial parks with a total area of 185 thousand square meters will be built on the territory of the state industrial parks "Titan" and "Klyuch". Modern and high-quality industrial infrastructure will provide residents with a seamless ecosystem of services and digital solutions. Thanks to the ready-made infrastructure of the parks (smart offices, data centers), residents will be able to launch production in a short time. It is planned that more than 1,000 jobs will be created on the territory of Industrial City Parks' resident enterprises. Sports grounds and networking spaces for employees will be built on the adjacent territory.

Transport accessibility for residents of Industrial City, located on the territory of the Titan Industrial Park, will be ensured by its close proximity to the main logistical arteries: the MKAD, the M-4 and M-2 highways. Industrial City in the Klyuch State Park has a convenient location near the Central Ring Road, the Bely Rast terminal and logistics center and Dmitrov Highway.
