VTB will provide financing to the federal Dogma company in the amount of 51.2 billion rubles for the implementation of new residential projects. The funds will be used for the construction of three residential complexes with a total area of 636.2 thousand square meters, as well as related social infrastructure in Omsk and Krasnodar. This is stated in the message of the bank.
As part of the agreement, large-scale development projects will be implemented in Omsk and Krasnodar, focused on creating a comfortable urban environment and including the necessary modern infrastructure.
In Omsk, the developer is building the Snegiri project, one of the largest residential blocks in the city with an area of 328 thousand square meters. m. 9 buildings with 7.5 thousand apartments, a school for 1,579 students, three kindergartens and a polyclinic will be built here. Next to the block, the developer will renovate an eco-park on 10.4 hectares.
In Krasnodar, a developer is implementing a business class quarter as part of the largest residential complex in Russia, the Airplane. The 4 residential buildings with 1,536 apartments will have spacious lobbies, a concierge service, a personal club for residents and modern IT solutions. And in the courtyard there will be picturesque landscapes with their own river. The project also provides for the construction of a kindergarten for 230 pupils, a polyclinic and an open-air sports cluster.
The company continues to implement the Victory Park project in Krasnodar. VTB will provide project financing for the third stage of the residential complex with an area of 239 thousand square meters. m. The project provides for the construction of 4 kindergartens and 2 schools. A distinctive feature of the quarter will be an indoor swimming pool, as well as sports facilities and a polyclinic for 350 visits per shift.
