VTB will provide specialized developer Zhelezno Perm 2 with project financing in the amount of 3.6 billion rubles for the construction of the first two houses of the Fifth Element residential complex in Perm. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The Fifth Element residential complex with an area of 330 thousand square meters is being implemented on a 73-hectare land plot and includes several construction stages. The first stage provides for the construction of 4 apartment buildings with built-in public facilities. The commissioning of the first house is scheduled for the third quarter of 2028.
