VTB Bank has provided project financing to the FGC Group for the construction of a new comfort-class residential complex "1st South" in the south of the Moscow region, 1 km from the MKAD along the M-4 highway. The volume of the credit line for the first stage amounted to 23.6 billion rubles. This is stated in the bank's message.
The whole project includes 14 houses of variable number of storeys (24-25 floors) for 11,963 apartments and will be implemented under the brand "First DSK". The sold area is more than 606 thousand sq. m. In addition to houses with Parking, two secondary schools for 1,250 and 1,725 students, three kindergartens for 600, 500 and 330 places, as well as a polyclinic will be built on the territory of the residential complex.
