X5's net revenue for the first quarter of 2025 increased by 20.7% to 1.1 trillion rubles. compared to 875.5 billion rubles a year earlier. Pyaterochka's net retail revenue increased by 17.4% to 805.825 billion rubles from 686.5 billion rubles, Perekrestok — by 10.2% to 132.9 billion rubles from 120.64 billion rubles, Chizhik — by 97.2% to 90 billion rubles from 45.6 billion rubles. This was announced by the company.

Revenue from digital businesses increased by 52.3% and contributed 1.7 percentage points to the quarterly consolidated revenue growth. The total GMV X5 Digital reached 78.2 billion rubles, an increase of 55.6%. The MAU of X5 digital services amounted to 46.3 million, showing an increase of 37.8%.

The volume of X5 advertising services amounted to 5.3 billion rubles.

More than 30 thousand tons of unpalatable but usable goods were transferred to farmers for composting and animal feed. The volume of recyclables transferred for processing amounted to almost 220 thousand tons. According to preliminary financial estimates, X5's revenue amounted to more than 500 million rubles.

The company has opened 387 "Pyaterochka", 125 "Chizhiks", 4 "dark" kitchens "Lots of salmon" and 9 combined darkstores.

X5 has closed 53 Pyaterochka convenience stores, 7 Perekrestok supermarkets, 4 Chizhik hard discounters, 3 dark kitchens, one Slata convenience store and one united darkstore.

X5 continues to focus on strengthening its position in key business regions and expanding its presence and market share organically, as well as through tactical M&A transactions.

In March 2025, X5 closed a deal to purchase 100% of the shares of regional retail chains Krasny Yar, Baton, Slata and KhlebSol, which are developing in Eastern Siberia. Earlier in 2022, X5 agreed on a strategic alliance and the acquisition of a 70% stake in the businesses, followed by the purchase of the remaining stake in three years.

Revenue of PJSC "Corporate Center X 5" on RAS for 2024 increased by 51.3% to RUB 60.58 billion from RUB 40 billion a year earlier. Net profit increased by 97.1% to 95.29 billion rubles from 48.35 billion rubles.

The average annual number of employees in 2024 was 1,730 (compared to 1,388 in 2023).

Deductions for social needs (production costs) increased to 3.33 billion rubles from 1.57 billion rubles, labor costs — to 17.95 billion rubles from 10.86 billion rubles.

In accordance with the court decision of May 3, 2024, the corporate rights of X5 Retail Group N. V. with respect to participation in the Company (99.994187%) were suspended; on May 20, 2024, 99.994187% were transferred to LLC "Corporate Center X 5"; on July 1, 2024, the reorganization procedure was completed in the form of transformation of LLC "Corporate Center X 5" in PJSC "X 5 Corporate Center".

The Company has no ultimate beneficial owners controlling the Company.

In March 2025, the board of directors proposed to the shareholders' meeting to pay dividends in the amount of 158.846 billion rubles (648 rubles per share, excluding own outstanding shares). There were no dividend payments in 2024 and 2023.
