Presidential Decree No. 57 dated February 3, 2025 on holding the International Music Competition "Intervision" in 2025 in Moscow and the Moscow region was signed.
The Decree says:
In order to further develop international cultural and humanitarian cooperation, I hereby decree:
1. To hold the International Musical "Intervision" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) in 2025 in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
2. The Government of the Russian Federation:
a) to form an organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the organizing committee);
b) to develop, with the participation of the Government of Moscow and the Government of the Moscow Region, a set of measures aimed at the preparation and holding of the Competition, and to ensure the implementation of these measures;
c) to assist in the media coverage of events related to the preparation and holding of the Competition.
3. Appoint D.N. Chernyshenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, as Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
4. The Organizing Committee should ensure the development of a plan for the main activities related to the preparation and holding of the Competition.
5. To form the supervisory board of the Competition to solve the main tasks related to its conduct.
6. The Supervisory Board of the Competition:
a) approves, on the recommendation of the organizing committee, the concept of the Competition and the regulations on the Competition;
b) approves the results of the Competition;
c) decides on the main directions of the Competition's development in subsequent years, including in terms of international cooperation;
d) coordinates the information support of the Contest in order to promote the diversity of cultures.
7. Appoint S.V. Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Competition.
8. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Competition should approve the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Competition.
