The Far Eastern Reforestation Company (LLC DLVK), with the status of a resident of the Amuro-Khinganskaya Advanced Development Territory (TOP), has created a modern nursery for growing planting material for compensatory reforestation in the Far East at the site of the Shalom Industrial Park in Birobidzhan. The enterprise will reach full capacity in 2027, the volume of growing seedlings will increase to 5 million per year. According to the agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV), 167 million rubles are invested.
"The project is being implemented within the framework of the federal environmental agenda, has a positive impact on the performance of the indicators of the Forest Conservation project, which is part of the national Ecology project. Currently, within the framework of the project, a greenhouse complex has already been created, consisting of year-round and seasonal greenhouses, a production building with a modern automatic seeding line and administrative and household premises necessary to accommodate employees.
In 2024, we grew 1 million seedlings of forest crops for our customers in the Far East. We will reach full production capacity in 2027, having built three more greenhouses and two fields for further cultivation. The volume of cultivation will increase to 5 million seedlings per year," said Alexey Sheremetyev, Director of DLVK LLC.
He noted that the planting material is supplied to commercial enterprises engaged in economic activities in the forest fund, which are obliged to carry out compensatory reforestation in the Khabarovsk and Primorsky Territories, Magadan, Sakhalin and Amur regions, in Yakutia. The capacities and unique production technologies allow the Far Eastern Reforestation Company to provide turnkey reforestation services in any region of the Far East. To provide detailed advice to clients and calculate the cost of reforestation orders, the company has created a functional website with a detailed description of its activities.
"The benefits that we receive as a TOP resident allow the company to grow and develop. At the moment, more than 17 million rubles have been invested in the project, and 25 jobs have been created. We plan to invest another 149.2 million rubles by 2027," Alexey Sheremetyev stressed.

According to the KRDV, currently 8 residents of the Amuro-Khinganskaya TOP are implementing projects totaling more than 39 billion rubles, and more than 2.6 thousand jobs are being created for residents of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
