In 2025, Grandier, a resident of the Bolshoy Kamen Advanced Development Area, will create a complex for the repair and maintenance of ships and boats. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to provide services for the replacement of skin elements, diagnostics and restoration of ship's equipment and mechanisms, painting and sealing of hulls, as well as scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. According to the agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV), the investor invests more than 20 million rubles, creates 52 jobs.

"We are creating a compact and at the same time highly efficient production facility equipped with the necessary equipment, including shot blasting units, painting machines, climate control units, high–vacuum machines for suction of shot and dust. The complex will be located in close proximity to large shipbuilding and ship repair facilities, which will become the main consumers, and this will also allow for effective integration into the regional industrial chain," said Alexander Yunkov, CEO of Grandier.

The complex with a full technological cycle, which includes preparation, welding, painting and diagnostics, will occupy a niche in the commercial service sector of the fishing fleet, gas carriers and tankers of the middle class, as well as small vessels and boats. According to Alexander Yunkov, the company will also be able to perform urgent, non-standard and minor work.

"Primorsky Krai is one of the points of concentration of shipping in the Far East. The project of the new TOP resident will meet the needs of both commercial large-tonnage and small-size fleets. This and other residents have access to tax benefits, administrative preferences, opportunities to obtain land, infrastructure, preferential financing, legal and personnel support. The Grandier company has access to a full range of state support measures, and the KRDV will accompany the project at all stages of implementation," commented the director of the Primorye KRDV Alexey Dunaev.
