As part of the development of the urban resort "Attraction", initiated and a key investor of which is Viktor Rashnikov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC MMK, the thermal complex "MAGIC OF HEAT" was opened. The capacity of the complex is 4,000 people per day (more than 1 million per year).
The MAGIC OF HEAT is fully integrated into the Gravity infrastructure. The facility was built in record time – just over a year. The Magnitogorsk company "Rentmontazh" acted as the contractor for the construction of the complex.
The total built–up area is more than 6 thousand square meters. The aquazone of the complex includes four pools with an area of 1.5 thousand square meters. The outdoor pool is one of the largest in the Urals with an area of almost 600 square meters and a depth of 1.4 meters with a spa area and hydro massage, a rectangular Infinity pool, a children's bowl with various attractions. Inside the building there is another adult swimming pool with hot tubs, geysers and a relaxation area. The water for all pools undergoes 6 degrees of purification and is heated to 35-40 degrees.
The thermal complex includes 13 baths and saunas. These include a 60-square-meter chopped Russian sauna, steam, Himalayan, coniferous, "Provencal herbs", as well as two Finnish saunas and a hammam. In addition, the MAGIC OF HEAT has a yoga and Pilates room, several types of massage, mud treatment and other spa treatments.
The thermal baths are connected by a warm passage to the spa hotel, which includes 41 rooms of various equipment levels, from standard to business class and apartments. Guests can comfortably access the pools and saunas without moving around the street.
On the opening day, Viktor Rashnikov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MMK, together with Sergey Berdnikov, Head of Magnitogorsk City, and Pavel Shilyaev, General Director of MMK, visited the new facility of the city resort "Attraction". The guests visited the aqua zone of the complex, the baths and the spa hotel.
